In our hearts, we all want someone to rescue us when we fall into trouble. So we rescue others in despair, in hopes they will rescue us when we need help. Round full circle.

SPOILERS -

This kid watches another kid get bullied. He's a bystander who does nothing to interfere until one day the victim is absent and the bullies begin picking on him. Together the two victims plot to fight back. Bolstered by the defeat of one minion, our guy confronts the big boss and gets mercilessly pummeled. The kid is faced with a future of servitude and he commits suicide.

His older brother swears revenge knowing that the courts and the school will do nothing because the murderers are juveniles. He intends to hunt them down and kill them all, one by one, with the help of his brother's friend and his home room teacher.

This is an extreme solution to an extreme problem. I think both sides are insane. TG this is fiction, right? I have never personally seen a situation this extreme but I know it exists somewhere in this world we live in. That is a frightening but true thought.

We are not animals, but we have wars. Nuclear weapons. We can think but we rarely use logic. We can feel, but we avoid feeling emotions that are inconvenient. There is much that is wrong with us as a species.

In a world of super powered humans, he, John, has no powers of his own. Except for his cleverness, he is the 'cripple' in a world of able. No offense, the manga uses that word.

I don't feel that should stop anyone from living a good life in the real world, key word is living. As long as you are alive, you have the power to change, improve, expand, to simply exist. Once you are dead, nothing matters. Nothing can be done if you are dead.

His best friend Sera, has powers akin to Gods, he is surrounded by volatile children who have the ability to explode or burn or tear others down in an instant. He's a kid too, but without mad crazy insane abilities he has learnt to keep a cool head and think harder to escape a dangerous situation.

This is a world where everyone has superpowers of varying degrees, some unlucky few have none at all. But think about policing and controlling such a world, how difficult it must be, how much reign chaos would have over everything? Nasty.

Strength is everything and the weak are downtrodden and bullied. That is his daily routine until one day he catches Sera's eye.

In the shadows a terrorist organization named Embers is killing off superheroes. Well, do - gooders with powers, vigilantes. Utopia is an impossible dream even in a world of powers.

This is an interesting read and the action has not even started yet, try it out.

Happy if you died Manga

Creepy comedy, yes, that does exist as a genre.

SPOILERS -
This hot older hardworking boss has a problem, his attitude. He's one mean SOB and everyone hates him. But he's the boss so be careful. Our lady protagonist works under him and suffers on a daily basis, wishing on him his death ASAP. One day, that wish comes true and she wakes up in her bed, repeating the same day over and over again. Groundhog Day surprise with a gruesome twist.

After watching him die in a myriad of complex and crazy ways, she discovers the secret to her curse, his death and her wish for it. The day she wishes he were dead, with all her heart and particular wording of that wish, he dies and time reverses. Wishes.

The stuff she does with all that extra time on her hands, imagine if you could freeze time and live for an eternity? Of course it has it's limitations, she never will age cause she herself is also stuck in that moment. Plus, it leaves an impact on her boss, as he begins to recollect some very odd images and feelings. Very Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.

Love the cute artwork and the strong story line.

Rogue Male

Was hopping around IMDB and I saw Benedict C was remaking this movie, so I checked it out.

Reads like a fantastic mix by Rudyard Kipling and Frederick Forsyth. I'm talking The Jackal here.

That's how you advance your acting career properly, don't only do romantic comedies or you'll get pigeon holed.

I'm watching Lucky Romance, but I dislike it terribly, only here for one actor and they have given him a too small role to shine in, grief. The main actor and actress are unlikable for me, pity does not mean love, and their romantic chemistry is ?. No sparks at all. Check out my T.V blog. 

SPOILERS - Rogue Male starts with a hunter and an abstract question, can I aim at the dictator with my rifle without getting caught, forget about actually pulling the trigger, is there a chance I can hunt the tiger without being eaten alive? Of course the dude has a backstory and he is seeking vengeance. But it is the aftermath of his failed attempt that truly pulls us into the story. Now a fugitive from all governments including his own,  ( cause it was an unsanctioned hit on the leader of a country, this is why we can't clean up certain existing monsters ) he decides to go to ground in his own hometown. Well, how long can you hide when the world is looking for you? Enough plot reveals, read this.

Author confirmed he was talking about Hitler, but the book was written without naming any people or places. Imagination is a gift. Use it.

I reincarnated into a vending machine

O.k, I like the strange and the unusual, but it has to have a certain charm, a level of quality.

This one, honestly I was expecting a dud, I mean, what can you do with a Vending machine? I got curious and tried reading it. Great surprise!

This is hella good plot. WIN.

SPOILERS - Vending machine fanatic dies in collision with vending machine, awakens in a game world where he is a magical vending machine. Keyword - magical.

The guy can change his shape and contents but he is no longer a guy, only a talking machine with a limited prerecorded vocabulary. All steel and scrap iron, no more flesh and blood. Plus, he can't move on his own. Ouch.

The Frog monsters attack him and he gets a gift of a protective barrier. But he needs coins to recharge or his machine body will shut down. Running out of time, he meets his first human customer. Of course he overprices but she buys it and loves it. Bingo, k-ching and the most powerful salesman /machine is born.

Say hello to danger, cause power is responsibility. A lot of people begin to eye his success as he is carried on her back from village to battlefield and earning profits all the way. Go-get-ter.

Waiting for more chapters, this plot is addictive, and no harem, finally. I find a lot of that genre and it gets to be nauseating when overdone. People are no longer individuals just hot horny bodies. Bore me.
